    • 1 \u00bd cups organic flour<\/li>
    • 1\/4 cup brown sugar, fine<\/li>
    • a pinch of salt<\/li>
    • 5 tbsp cold water<\/li>
    • 1 cup apple sauce (preferably homemade)<\/em><\/li>
    • 3 apples<\/li>

      Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl, add butter (cut into pieces), slowly add the cold water. Knead into a smooth dough, form into a ball, and refrigerate for at least one hour (you can also prepare the dough and leave it in the fridge for longer).<\/p>

      Preheat oven to 392\u00b0F.<\/p>

      Prepare the apple sauce (if you like it to be homemade).<\/em><\/p>

      Peel the apples, core them, and cut into pieces.<\/p>

      Roll out the dough and place it in a tart pan. Spread the apple sauce over the dough and arrange the apples fan-shaped on top. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the tart. Bake for 40-45 minutes.<\/p>

      Done! A very delicious pairing:<\/strong> <\/em>A nice, creamy cappuccino and if you like, a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the tart (it\u2019s not a must).<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
