to convert the soil from <em>conventional<\/em> to organic. In other words, most small plantation farmers need help to do this \u2013 and in many ways, from botanical and geological to structural.<\/p><p>Our assistance always focuses on locally available structures, such as universities and non-governmental organizations, and is geared towards long-term cooperation.
