\u2022 8g vanilla extract \u2022 60g applesauce \u2022 180g vegan butter<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.<\/strong> Preheat the oven to 356\u00b0F fan.<\/p><p><strong>2.<\/strong> Mix the oats with the cane sugar, spelt flour, baking powder and vanilla extract.<\/p><p><strong>3.<\/strong> Add the applesauce and vegan butter and knead into a dough.<\/p><p><strong>4.<\/strong> Form approx. 18 balls and place on 2-3 baking trays <em>(lined with parchment paper!)<\/em>. Use the palm of your hand to flatten. The thinner the cookies, the crisper they will be.<\/p><p><strong>5.<\/strong> Bake in the oven for approx. 12 minutes.
