coffee oat cookies. <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d198443 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d198443\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>Ingredients:<\/h3><ul><li>1 \u00bd cups flour<\/li><li>1 1\/4 rolled oats<\/li><li>A little less than a tsp of baking soda<\/li><li>A little less than a tsp salt<\/li><li>1 tsp cinnamon<\/li><li>1 \u00bd sticks butter melted<\/li><li>\u00bc cups brown sugar<\/li><li>\u00bd cup powdered sugar<\/li><li>1 large egg<\/li><li>2 tsp vanilla extract or seeds of 1 vanilla pod<\/li><li>A little less than 3 tbsp dissolved Mount Hagen Instant<\/li><li>optional \u00bd cups chopped nuts or raisins or chocolate chips<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2f24a30 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2f24a30\" done:<\/h3><p>Mix flour, rolled oats, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla in a second bowl, add the Mount Hagen Instant and mix well. Then stir in the flour mixture. If you like, stir in the chopped nuts <em>(you can, but don&#8217;t have to).<\/em> Scoop out little balls with spoon and bake at 360 \u00b0F for 10 minutes. Let the cookies sit for 2 minutes and then place them on a rack to cool.<\/p><p><em><strong>Make coffee.
